Parker’s Revamps Parker’s Rewards App 

Parker's will improve its mobile customer experience through revamping the Parker’s Rewards App. The update brings a more user-friendly design, increased security, and adds personalization to the overall customer experience. 

Parker’s Rewards members can still use the app to order food or pay for fuel. However, the new version provides additional features like gamification elements,exclusive clubs, and content for members. 

 

Make-a-Wish Partners with Red Robin 

In a record-breaking pledge, Red Robin will partner with the Make-a-Wish foundation to provide more than $3 million over multiple years. Red Robin will donate 10 cents from every kid’s meal and support Make-a-Wish through a marketing campaign. 

Additionally, Red Robin will host local wish granting and other seasonal promotions to help raise funds for the nonprofit. Red Robin strives to create family memories in its restaurants, so the partnership was a natural extension of the chain’s efforts in CSR and emotional loyalty. 

 

Yahoo Partners with Toyota on AR Campaign 

Yahoo and Toyota will launch a joint campaign for the new Toyota Crown, heavily featuring AR to inform, engage, and excite customers about the new vehicle. The campaign comes as the car market shifted over the past few years, with 80% of consumers purchasing vehicles online. 

With this research in mind, Toyota is using the digital world and AR to launch its latest car, the Crown. Through its partnership with Yahoo, Toyota will launch an immersive digital experience for consumers.
