Barnes & Noble Debuts New Tiered Loyalty Program 

Barnes & Noble revamped its loyalty program to offer members tiers with new perks and benefits. The B&N Rewards program will now offer a free level and a Premium Membership level for $39.99/year. 

Within the new program, premium members receive a string of new benefits including: 

  • 10% discount in-store and online 

  • Free drink upgrades at Barnes & Noble cafés 

  • Free shipping 

  • Free canvas totes 

  • $5 reward for every $10 spent 

 

Killer Burger Launches First Loyalty Program 

Killer Burger announced the launch of its first loyalty program: Killer Rewards. The new program will provide members with exclusive perks both in-store and through app orders. 

Additionally, Killer Burger will open three new locations across Oregon. The new loyalty program will be available at all locations and provide members with unique benefits, giveaways, and promotions. 

 

Levi Strauss & Co. Appoints New Chief Marketing Officer 

Levi Strauss & Co. appointed Kenny Mitchell as its new senior vice president and chief marketing officer of the Levi’s® brand. Mitchell will start the new role on June 5, 2023, and report to Michelle Gass, president of Levi Strauss & Co. 

Mitchell will bring 20+ years of experience building brands through digital, creative, and innovation expertise. He previously held the role of CMO at Snap, the parent company of Snapchat.
