CINCINNATI & LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—Convergys     Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship     management, announced today that it has signed a contract with     Alltel Wireless for an end-to-end BSS solution to include Service     Activation Manager, Customer     Service Manager, Rating     and Billing Manager, Real-Time     Convergent Charging Solution and Active     Mediation, as well as Convergys     Dynamic Decisioning Solution. Convergys solutions will replace     Alltel’s in-house legacy system. Alltel Wireless has chosen Convergys     Smart BSS Solutions to reinforce its position of customer advocacy.

Convergys Smart BSS Solutions mesh perfectly with Alltel’s     customer-centric approach, enabling the provider to deploy streamlined     and cost-effective BSS technologies and services to address the needs of     its customers. Convergys Dynamic Decisioning Solution further enhances     Alltel’s ability to drive customer loyalty and retention, enabling     personalization and real-time, actionable, customer intelligence.
