Reflecting on Your Customer Strategy

For the past few weeks, it seems as though all people are talking about in the US is the potential for going over the “Fiscal Cliff”.  However, I would like to suggest taking time to reflect on another topic.  This is when we traditionally reflect on the year past and look forward to the year ahead - so it is also a good time to reflect on your customer strategy.  Take stock of what went well and what was accomplished in 2012.
