Air Canada may already be amongst the 20 largest airlines in the world, but that doesn’t stop them from continuously finding new ways to innovate and come up with new ideas to serve its customers.
“We like to say that we behave like an 83-year-old startup, but it’s really true,” says Valerie Durand, Director of Communications Optimization for Air Canada. “We’ve always been focused on innovation.”
