Loyalty 360 and SAS would like to invite you to participate in a survey regarding customer loyalty trends observed by leading B2C and B2B organizations. The survey focuses on behavioral, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of customer loyalty trends within the organizations surveyed.

By participating in the Trends in Customer Loyalty Survey, you will have the opportunity to share insights and learn about trends and strategies from your industry peers. Individual responses will be kept in strictest confidence; findings will be produced and shared only in aggregate form.

This 24-question survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. In appreciation of your time, if you complete the survey by December 15, 2011 you will receive a copy of the survey results, which can be used to inform your organization’s loyalty efforts. You will also be entered in a drawing for a Kindle e-reader.*

*Drawing for Kindle e-reader will be held on December 16, 2011. Winner will be selected at random and notified by email. Confirmation of prize acceptance will be required for distribution of prize. If no confirmation is provided within 2 weeks of notification - prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
