Microsoft Chooses FieldOne to Enhance CRM and Drive Customer Engagement

Microsoft and FieldOne CRMMicrosoft plans to up its CRM game with the acquisition of a new CRM solution from FieldOne Systems. The new alliance will allow Microsoft to better serve consumers and increase customer engagement by leveraging FieldOne’s system to merge Microsoft Dynamics CRM and FieldOne Sky into a single, universal platform.

Microsoft believes that FieldOne is an ideal partner in this endeavor since its company is based around a mission of helping businesses become more customer-centric. By designing cutting-edge software and services, FieldOne has already enhanced the customer experience of a diverse range of brands across a wide array of industries.

The FieldOne capabilities that Microsoft will integrate have been called a “big win” for customer engagement. The multiyear agreement between Microsoft and FieldOne will empower mobile workforces, provide better customer experience to improve workforce productivity, and drive a wide range of business solutions that encompasses Sales Force automation and field service management. 

“FieldOne is offered to customers as a cloud-based service,” Stutz continued. “It’s built on Microsoft technology for fast integration, it already works great with other Microsoft productivity offerings like Office 365 and SharePoint, and has cross-platform capabilities meaning it can work on different devices enhancing the mobile experience. FieldOne was built from the ground up to leverage Dynamics CRM, and this means that our customers can take advantage of its capabilities right away.”

To further deliver on its promise to enhance a host of cloud-based SaaS CRM solutions, FieldOne will also ease the management of scheduling automation, routing, inventory, mobile collaboration, and various workflow capabilities.
