Attention marketers! Customer Experience 101 class is now in session.

On Feb. 17, 2015, at 1 p.m. EST, Loyalty360 will host a webinar titled, “Customer Experience 101 - Webinar Series, Part 1,” which will be presented by Verint.

This informative session will thoroughly examine managing the customer experience, complete with concepts marketers need to know—and understand—in order to discover the core elements of successful CX programs and obtain the practical knowledge necessary to deliver an effective customer engagement program.

The featured Verint presenters are Brian Koma, VP & Customer Experience Practice Leader, and Sean Mahoney, CCXP, Strategic Solutions Consultant, Customer Analytics.

This webinar is the first in a three-part webinar series presented by Verint. Attendees are encouraged to register for the series, but webinars can also be attended individually.

The series will be rounded out with two subsequent webinars next month.
