Etihad Ultimate Rewards Becomes the Middle East and North Africa’s First 360° Loyalty Program

They are also exactly the descriptors that Bank Al Etihad hopes will be associated with theirs as well, and for a good reason.

These terms signify important advancements across the marketing landscape. As customers become more connected, they are looking for more convenient customer experiences that are valuable, rewarding, relevant, and meaningful. For brands, this can sometimes make for a tall order, but Bank Al Etihad has teamed up with iMENA Loyalty to launch a new program that just might fit the bill.

It’s called “Etihad Ultimate Rewards” and it is being heralded as the Middle East and North Africa’s (MENA) first 360° loyalty program.

“Etihad Ultimate Rewards” will give all Bank al Etihad customers the real-time ability to earn and collect points. Customers can potentially earn these points every time they engage with every channel the bank offers including online and mobile banking, ATMs, and various payment portals.

iMENA is in charge of administering the program and will provide customers with a simple way to access their profiles, view account balances, and see the wide range of available loyalty program benefits.

After earning points, members can choose how and when they use them. The “Etihad Ultimate Rewards” electronic shop contains hundreds of products that encompass a wide range of merchandise options and gift certificates, which can also be shipped directly to members’ homes.
