Dunkin' Donuts Customer EngagementDunkin’ Donuts is always trying to engage its loyalty customer base. The company just launched the #DDCoffeeJoy photo and video contest that allows customers the chance to win special holiday presents, including one dozen JetBlue travel certificates.

This year, Dunkin’ Donuts is giving fans an opportunity to show just how their favorite coffee brings them joy throughout the holiday season. This customer engagement campaign, which runs through Dec. 5, allows customers to share pictures or videos of their holiday moments with Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee using hashtags #DDCoffeeJoy and #Contest.

“Like our guests, we look forward to the holiday season all year long,” Lindsay Cronin, Public Relations Manager, Dunkin Brands Group, Inc., told Loyalty360. “We’ve established ourselves as a place that people depend on when they’re on the go while holiday shopping, traveling, or spending time with friends and family. Over the years during the holidays, we’ve seen our fans sharing how they’re enjoying their Dunkin’ Donuts food and beverages during their special holiday moments on our social channels. This year, to celebrate our fans and the holidays, we’ve leveraged this insight by asking fans to share these photos or videos using #DDCoffeeJoy and #Contest for a chance to win JetBlue travel or a DD mGift. From a customer engagement perspective, we aim to engage our fans across social platforms to encourage user-generated content to highlight fans’ holiday moments from around the country and to spread the holiday spirit and feeling of joy to all our guests nationwide.”  

Select photos and videos of fans running on Dunkin’ Coffee will be displayed on a special #DDCoffeeJoy web page and 12 winners selected by Dunkin’ Donuts will each be awarded a JetBlue travel certificate. What’s more, up to 50 participants selected will receive Dunkin’ mGifts to help them enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee and other favorite Dunkin’ food and beverages any time of day throughout the busy weeks ahead.Dunkin Customer Engagement for Holidays

No purchase is necessary, but participants must be 18 or older to enter.

Many Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants will be open until 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving and all restaurants throughout the country will be open on Black Friday, Nov. 27, to help keep shoppers running as they hit the stores to find the perfect gift for everyone on their shopping list. Some Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants will actually be opening earlier than 5 a.m. to help guests get a great start to the holiday shopping season.
