Winners in seven categories continue to lead the pack in building customer loyalty

The Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards were handed out during Loyalty Expo to some of the top brands in customer loyalty today. These innovators are blazing a trail that will set a standard for years to come, as is evidenced by past winners including Air Canada, Chili’s, Aramark, and Orbitz.
 
This year’s winners demonstrated excellence in multiple aspects of customer loyalty, and offered Expo attendees an inside look at the top programs in the industry today. Finalists were chosen from hundreds of submitted applications, while winners were decided by fellow marketers at Loyalty Expo 2016. Awards were handed out in six categories, in addition to an overall 360-Degree Award.
