The outlook for Mobile Marketing is quite positive with a general expectation of continued growth, increased consumer smartphone adoption, and technology advancements. More marketers are implementing Mobile Marketing and those already using it are seeing strong benefits – more than half of respondents (52%) stated that Mobile Marketing’s ROI is higher than traditional programs – and thus will be increasing their budgets for it. These budget increases were reported to come from both incremental investments and allocations of larger shares of total marketing budgets.
